We search, invest, and incubate all sectors, as the application of business principles and widgets apply to all new startups.

The Aelion Group has brought together a group of investors and analysts who have been successful in their own right. They each have strengths, insights, and experience that support every group that they work with. They have been involved in public offerings, bought and sold companies, and understand when something is ready for an investment based on the axis of when three things intersect.

Companies that are not yet ready for direct investment or could benefit from further development are usually referred to our internal incubator or ADDitive called DECXIT.

Companies are nurtured and molded through a one-on-one program with our professionals to find the path forward with the guidance most startups often miss. So many great tech ideas never see the light of day because they can’t garner the right interest. Their story isn’t clear. Their deck isn’t effective. Their technical knowledge of the product prevents them from understanding the outside perspective and addressing the short and long-term goals many investors seek.

With up to 6 spots available in each term, the boutique approach of getting startups ready for investments is not restricted to the traditional incubator structure.

The mission of the ADDitive is to prepare the companies for presentation, to infuse the words and numbers investors look for to validate the product, and plan a potential exit with the right timeline. We do this with a full C-Suite support team and progressive meetings both with investor teams, and family offices to get the stigma out of presenting by practicing with people who run 10-100 million dollar funds.
